This bag was designed to be an easy transition from your bike basket to walking around but there's no need to use it on your bike if you don't want to! It does have 4 velcro straps to secure it into a basket (2 on each side). It was designed to fit nicely into a Wald basket that is 15"x10" (pretty standard basket). This bag also features a water resistant zipper, an easy access front pocket, paracord loops at the top for extra securing of the bag with a clip or carabiner, and lightning graphic webbing which has 2 flush daisy chain openings on each side for adding straps, etc. .
