SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We generally ship items on Tuesday and Friday mornings unless there is a holiday and the shipping service is closed. In that case, the package will go out the following Tuesday or Friday. Please refer to the shipping service you chose for information on closures. Orders must be placed by 4pm on Monday to go out the following Tuesday. If you need an order shipped more quickly, please send us an email or give us a call and we would be happy to see if we can accommodate your request. We can sometimes get an order to the shipping service more quickly.
IMPORTANT NOTICE! Once we ship an item and it is scanned by either the USPS or UPS, we can no longer be held accountable for the item. ITEMS SHIPPED BY USPS FIRST CLASS DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE. ONCE THEY ARE SCANNED AND TRACKED ON USPS WE CAN NO LONGER BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. YOU WILL HAVE TO COMMUNICATE WITH USPS. WE OFFER THIS AS AN ECONOMY OPTION FOR SHIPPING. UPS and Priority Mail USPS shipments have insurance and we can help you with those. If you want insurance or for us to be able to help in the case of a lost package please choose UPS or Priority Mail.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS can not be tracked by us once they leave the United States. Please use your tracking number that is emailed to you after we prepare the shipment for reference and contact the appropriate shipping company. We understand that sometimes items your order or purchase does not work out for you. We are happy to accept returns for full store credit for full priced, unused items with all labels/packaging attached if they returned within 10 days of purchase in the store or if you contact us within 5 days of receiving an order from online. We will arrange the return of an item purchased online through email.
We do not accept returns for items that were purchased at a discount.
