Arthur Russell needs no introduction. A prolific musician with styles ranging from folk to avant garde to disco, his music offers something for most anyone and has remained extremely influential til this day. This tee was mostly designed using elements from Arthur Russell's ID card for the infamous club Paradise Garage, a place he frequented and performed at. Other elements were found on records or constructed from scratch.
In the spirit of Paradise Garage's past fundraising and to honor Arthur Russell as a person who succumbed to the AIDS epidemic in the early 90's, we will be donating $5 from the sale of each of these tees to Cascade Aids Project.
